Li Ming Yao  李明耀 
He was born in 1936 in Liaoning Province and graduated from Luxun Academy of Art in 1965. He is the President of Fushun Arts and Crafts Research Institute, the consultant of Fushun Artists Society, member of Chinese Artist Association, Liaoning Branch. In the past fifty years, he paid special attention to the growing of Lotus, and he is fond of painting lotus in different seasons using his own artistic language.

画家从艺50年来，对荷花情有独钟，在传媒基础上面对《自然》，大胆尝试新的艺术语汇。观所作水中之莲娉婷挺拔，淋漓酣畅，梦中之莲，自抒襟怀，高雅逸趣。多幅作品被日本，美国，新加坡，加拿大，马来西亚，泰国，印度尼西亚，巴西等国家及台湾，港澳地区机构和个人收藏。
